Application:

Process and prewarm rubber belt of required profile, which comes from extruder. Different figure and shape rubber profile can be obtained by changing different roll sleeve.

Features:

Each machine is composed of such main parts as: drilled rolls, double row self aligning bearing, motor , harden gear reducers, the grease and oil lubrication system, gap control mechanism(electric), roll crossing, roll pressure.
